for 12 seconds to allow maximum battery power for starting of the engine.
> Delay timer keeps the condenser fan running for 1 minute after the A/C
thermostat turns off the compressor. This allows additional cooling of the
condenser and reduce the number of start and stops during short thermostat
cycles.
> Ramped start-up speed for the condenser fan to lower start-up current,
improves life of the motor and reduces current on wire harness. This high
current demand is on the very long wire that extends from the relay box to the
A/C condenser fan.
> All electronic switching of the high current A/C loads, including the horn
switch. Removes electrical arc condition from horn switch contacts.
> Key in ignition switch is an audio tone, an improvement to the dated factory
buzzer sound.
