> The Pantera’s ignition power does NOT have a FUSE in-line
with the ignition switch. This controller has an internal thermal
circuit breaker with automatic reset and main power relay to
safely power the complete system. Additional relays are not
needed.
> Automatic electric fuel pump shut-off, operates only if engine
is running. An initial 3 second full speed operation when the
ignition switch is turned “ON” to insure the carburetor bowls are
full of fuel.
Fuel pump operates at low speed then transitions to high speed
using engine RPM as a reference. Extends fuel pump life and
operates quietly at low speed.
> Carburetor electric choke control turns “ON” electric choke
only when engine is running. Adjustable choke slope to match
engine warm-up rate.
> A/C Compressor control, automatically disables A/C
compressor during performance driving, and returns to normal
operation during typical driving.
Also automatically disables A/C compressor during engine
start.
> The EIC is in "sleep mode" until engine start, no coil power is
enabled until the is engine cranking, ignition coil over-heating
is prevented and extends battery life when the ignition is on
without engine operating.
> Does not require a computer or computer knowledge for any
user adjustments. Field adjustments possible without additional
support equipment.
> Simulation mode allows verification of operation sequence
and tach RPM verification. (many Pantera tachs need calibration)

EIC installed in a Pantera utilizing the
mounting plate for the coil and terminal
strips. The EIC simplifies the wiring and
provides more control functions than just
ignition.
This inductive ignition system when coupled with the
recommended coil produces sparks several magnitudes longer
than typical capacitive discharge ignition systems. This supports
complete combustion across large diameter pistons and high
volume combustion chambers.
In addition to the ignition system, direct connection to fuel pump,
choke, A/C compressor without relays in the same enclosure no
larger than the present ignition systems on the market. This
means less wiring and simpler installation with greater
functionality.
